2013 C3E Women in Clean Energy Symposium

Congratulations to the 2013 C3E Award Winners!

The MIT Energy Initiative and the US Department of Energy hosted the second annual Women in Clean Energy Symposium on September 19th-20th, 2013. The Symposium brought together a diverse range of representatives – from start-ups to industry, government to academia – all focused on enabling and supporting the careers of women in clean energy. In addition to being a forum for networking, the symposium provided a range of perspectives, analysis and data on clean energy challenges and opportunities. For each general area of discussion, a mid-career woman was awarded for her work in that area, and one woman was honored for her lifetime achievements in clean energy.
